Items may disappear from your shopping cart for several reasons:
- The item is not reserved – Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee its availability. If another customer purchases the last available stock before you complete your order, the item may no longer be available.
- Session timeout – You reached the time limit on how long items stay in your cart. If too much time passes, your cart may reset.
- Stock updates – If an item goes out of stock or its price changes, it may be removed from your cart automatically.
- Website navigation issues – Clicking the back button in your browser instead of using the store’s navigation (e.g., a "continue shopping" link) may reset your cart.
- Browser or device issues – Clearing cookies, using private browsing mode, or switching devices may cause your cart to empty.
