Delivery time
While we strive to deliver within this timeframe, please keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause delays.
The current delivery time is shown when you select the delivery method at checkout. The delivery time is also shown on the order confirmation.
Please note that none of our carriers offer deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping cost
The cost is fixed, regardless of the size or weight of your order.
The cost you see is the final price, with no additional charges or taxes upon delivery.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free delivery on any orders, regardless of the order size.
Pickup at a Collection Point (Bring)
If you pay for your order with a credit or debit card, you can choose which post office or in-store pickup location your order will be sent to (on the same page where you enter your payment details).
If you choose to pay with Klarna invoice or PayPal, the package will automatically be sent to the post office or in-store pickup location closest to your address.
As soon as the package arrives at the post office/store, you will receive an SMS with information about your package and where to pick it up. The package will be available for pickup at the post office/store for 14 days before it is automatically returned to us.
Tracking your order
We'll send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Please allow up to 3 working days for tracking information to become available.
All our parcels are shipped from Poland. You won't be able to track your parcel while it's in transit between Poland and the delivery country. The tracking will become active once the package arrives at the sorting facility in your country.
